Damon Meeks

Damon Meeks is a native Houstonian. He has been with T. Wade Welch & Associates since May 2000.

The focus of Mr. Meeks' practice is on commercial litigation; however, he represents the firm's clients on a wide range of legal issues. Mr. Meeks' experience includes class-action litigation, consumer issues, breach of contract, fraud, false advertising, debt collection, and other complex commercial litigation.

While at Howard Payne University, Mr. Meeks completed the prestigious Douglas MacArthur Academy of Freedom multidisciplinary honors program. At South Texas College of Law, he was a member of the South Texas Law Review, Phi Delta Phi, and Order of the Lytae. Mr. Meeks was featured in Who's Who: American Law Students, and was named as a 2001 Dean's Outstanding Student Advocate.
