
Leigh Joseph
Leigh Joseph joined T. Wade Welch & Associates in 2006. Ms. Joseph has represented clients in matters involving state and federal statutory labor and employment actions, other statutory tort claims such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, class action certification, complex discovery disputes, business entity formation, insurance and other contract disputes. Her practice encompasses the full range of pretrial, jury trial and appellate work in state and federal courts. She has also represented clients in alternative dispute resolution.
A member of the South Texas Law Review and the international legal fraternity of Phi Delta Phi, Ms. Joseph graduated cum laude from South Texas College of Law after achieving various other honors and awards throughout her legal education, including the Fred Parks Enhancement Scholarship, the Dean's Honor List, the Order of the Lytae, American Jurisprudence Award: Contracts, American Jurisprudence Award: Constitutional Law. Ms. Joseph was also recognized as a Langdell Scholar, and she interned with a Texas state judge.
