When experienced practitioners make the choice to join us, every attempt will be made to promote the continued growth of their practices. T. Wade Welch & Associates recognizes the importance of attracting experienced lawyers whose high-quality work will inspire the confidence of both existing and potential clients. Summer Associates
Our summer associate program is designed to provide a realistic picture of life as an associate at T. Wade Welch & Associates. Our goal is for each summer associate to receive a sampling of the type of work that a junior associate would be assigned. Summer associates have numerous opportunities to draft documents, conduct legal research, and prepare or respond to motions and briefs. We invite law students to interview with us during on-campus interviews or to contact us.
Law Clerks
T. Wade Welch & Associates retains some of our summer associates to work with us throughout the academic year. As with the summer associate program, our goal is to give law clerks hands-on experience and exposure to our culture while they complete their academic programs.
