Our Courtroom

We designed our state-of-the art mock courtroom to allow our attorneys and clients to prepare for trial in the most realistic setting possible. Attorneys can practice jury selection, opening argument, direct examination, cross examination, and closing argument in an environment that closely resembles our country's highest-tech courtrooms. The mock courtroom has a plaintiff and defendant counsel's table, witness stand, three-panel appellate or trial-court judge's bench, jury box, and public seating area.

Attorneys can hone their skills in handling exhibits, which can be presented electronically via the mock courtroom's projection system and closed-circuit monitors in front of each jury seat. In front of a mock jury or focus group, an attorney can test whether the details of an argument or exhibit are clear and understandable, thus strengthening the case.

A nearby jury deliberation room is wired with discrete audio and video equipment to aid the attorneys in seeing and hearing the steps their mock juries take to reach a verdict. The entire mock trial or moot court sessions are also taped for later review.

Our clients preparing to be witnesses can also benefit from the experience in our mock courtroom, which allows them to become more comfortable with the formalities of trial and the direct and cross examination they'll face in an actual courtroom.
